This picture is the closest I could get of her standing by herself. Her balance improves daily and she is starting to "dance" without holding onto anything. On 8/20, she was standing by herself and picked her foot up and placed in a different spot. She did it 3 times on different occassions. Does that count as her first steps? That's a piece of cheese she's gnawing on.
Carleigh really likes her blocks. She'll stack them, knock them down, and put them into and out of the box they came in. She'll also give them to you and take them back.
Here's a video of her chattering and doing her newest trick, waving Bye Bye. You'll also catch a couple moments where she is standing with no help. WARNING -- Be prepared for the high pitched squeal; you may want to lower the volume.
